Claudette ElliottSenior Associate
Claudette Elliott is an experienced strategic leader and commissioner of health and care services. She has 38 years’ experience working across health and social care in Manchester and South East London. She started her career in health as an auxiliary nurse and trained as a social worker specialising in the care of older adults.
Claudette has a proven track record in the development and delivery of integrated system working. She is committed to supporting ethical and values based practice, strong on motivating teams, connecting and working with local communities. She has served in board level director roles at South Manchester Clinical Commissioning Group and Kings College Hospital Foundation Trust. She has also served as the Chair of BHA a voluntary sector organisation in Greater Manchester. In November 2020 she became a non-executive director at Pennine Care Foundation Trust a mental health and learning disability provider.
Claudette believes strongly in doing the right thing, is passionate about social justice, equality and embracing the richness that diversity brings. As people we all have our own unique personal and professional experiences both good and bad. It is what we learn from those experiences as a collective that can only make for a better society and world.
