Mike is a highly respected management consultant with 15 years of CEO experience in the NHS. In his consultancy work, Mike has been a senior advisor to the PwC Public Sector Health practice, leading its NED and Board development programmes. Before joining Project Rome, Mike built a successful independent consulting practice, working with clients such as Celesio, ABPI, J and J, Health Foundation, Medtronic, intuitive, and Pfizer.
Mick is a respected public affairs specialist with 25 years’ professional experience working in frontline politics and public affairs. He worked as a senior political adviser to government ministers and shadow ministers, providing advice on policy, strategy, and communications across several ministerial briefs. He acted as Operations Director on Labour party leadership and deputy leadership campaigns for both Andy Burnham and Alan Johnson.
Julia Cross is a communications expert with 16 years’ experience working in some of Leeds and London’s most successful PR agencies. Julia’s main specialism is PR for FMCG brands, primarily within food and drink. She has spent her career advising some of the UK’s biggest brands including Yorkshire Tea, Quorn, Nestle, Cadbury and Arla Foods on how to grow, build their reputations and engage with their audiences through PR, social media and digital solutions.
Helena is a change management professional who thrives on challenging the status quo. She started her career training as an accountant and project manager with ICI plc, and moved to Lloyds TSB in early 2008. Post the Lloyds TBS acquisition of HBOS, she took the Corporate Banking Finance team through the initial phases of the integration process.
Sarah is a highly experienced project and programme manager, trainer and consultant. Over the last 25 years, she has worked in many sectors, including education, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, utilities, police forces, health and social care, charities and finance.
Kathryn is an experienced PA and Executive Assistant. She has worked with some of the biggest and most recognisable businesses in the UK, including KPMG, IBM and latterly ASDA.
Tarquin Henderson is a strategic communications specialist with over 30 years’ experience gained in leading international communications consultancies, management consultancies and directly in industry. In 2010, Tarquin co-founded ReEnergise Ltd, a specialist low-carbon energy consulting engineering and finance business, where he remains a member of the Board.
